Zoo in December

Where do we go when it is a balmy 40 degrees in December- the zoo of course! I also wanted to go because a new baby giraffe and gorilla were born recently.





It's a boy- baby giraffe born December 11.

Bouncing Fun

Today's Adventure was going to Bounce Magic! Its a building that's full of bounce houses and other fun stuff.






They also have black light mini golf which Logan loved.

Aquarium

Water and Ice tables

Its really cold out today so we took the boys to the science museum to play for a bit. They were really into the water and ice tables today.




Ethan was putting the penguins to sleep and making a pattern with them.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone. We all had a wonderful busy Holiday with lots of family, food and presents.

Both boys were very excited to see that the train table they got from Nana and Papa last Christmas had been given a makeover. Both boys love playing with the train table at Barnes and Noble that has all the tracks attached in place but at home they toss the tracks everywhere. So mike built a false top for it and glued all the tracks in place and I painted all the scenery we also got them some new pieces.
Then they ran to see what Santa brought them. Logan opened his present (a dump truck) and started yelling to Santa "but santa all I asked you for was a firetruck!"

We found another gift for Logan and he was happy to see that Mommy and Daddy got him a firetruck.

After opening and playing with all their gifts we got ready for a day with family. As we were getting ready I made the mistake of leaving a pile of gifts that were to go to Grammy and Grampy's house in the living room while I went to get some things from the basement. The boys found them and unwrapped them all. So I had the fun task of rewrapping them all. After that craziness we headed to Nana and Papa for a quick visit and then to Grammy and Grampys for dinner.

Grammy and Grampy made Logan a garage and Ethan a horse stable.

It was a very busy day and at dinner Ethan ate 3 pickles and fell asleep.

After Ethan woke up we had cake.

Christmas Eve

We had a very busy Christmas Eve.

We took the boys for breakfast and to play at the indoor playspace at McDonald's.

Then we went to Kelly's Country Store to see the Christmas room.


Then to Nana and Papas to open lots of presents.


Then home to make reindeer food:
