Gingerbread Train

Last year Logan and I made a Gingerbread tree from a kit and it was a lot of fun. So I saw a easy gingerbread train kit on sale and thought the boys would love to make it. Oh my goodness this is not a project for toddlers! The easy build tray to put the train on was made of very thin hallow plastic so every time anyone would move the train would fall over. Have you ever tried to keep two toddlers still while sitting at a table filled with candy? It's not easy. Finally after an hour and a half I finished the train and had 2 sugar crazed toddlers! I think next year we may be making the gingerbread houses out of milk cartons.
