Happy Halloween

 Happy Halloween! My little Fire fighter and Fire dog are VERY excited that today is Halloween and they can finally go trick or treating!

 Over the weekend we carved pumpkins twice! Both boys are very into Halloween this year.

Messy Halloween Fun

Yesterday we had some messy Halloween  fun. I've been finding a lot of great ideas on the website pinterest. If you haven't heard of it it is an online pin board for all the great ideas you find on the internet. Both of these ideas came from pinterest.  We made Halloween bark and did pumpkin chucking painting- throwing paint covered pumpkins at paper.

Fall Farm Fun

 This past weekend we had perfect fall weather- sunny, cool and a little muddy. So we headed to our favorite Farm for pumpkin picking, hayride, goat milking, animal petting, pony rides and fun.

Fire truck

Logan still LOVES firetrucks. He's been singing a firetruck song he learned at school almost nonstop for the last 2 weeks. We went to an open house at a nearby fire station for fire safety month.

Scarecrow Village

I've been having lots of trouble putting pictures on the blog and gave up for awhile but I'm going to try it again. Here are some pictures from one of our favorite places to go in the fall the scarecrow village at a nearby farm stand. This was the last really warm day we had before the cooler fall weather set in.
